The Health Benefits of Kung Fu is a booklet portraying the values that Kung Fu provides through text, illustrations and various visual formats. It is a composition demonstrating it's impact on body condition The three main points Kung Fu target's, is the immune system, muscle growth, and providing self defense techniques. Theses attributes are formed around the essential concepts of fluidity, breathing, and balance.
